Shakshuka - opasno fin obrok drito s Istoka!

Neha Neha me zarazila opasno dobrim jelom.

Random enough?

 A sad recept ;)

Sastojci za troje ljudi:

Pola kile rajčice
Crvena paprika
Zelena paprika
Glavica luka
Cesnjak (broj reznjeva ovisi o osobnom ukusu)
Maslinovo ulje
Papar
Sol

Dangerously exquisite meal  from the East!

Neha Neha infected me with a dangerously good meal. It is everything a woman needs- it's warm, soft and infinitely fine! Listen to Nela Kliček and get down to making this wonderful meal.

Shakshuka is a North African dish made from eggs and vegetables. It is best to eat it directly from the pot with crusty bread and preferably when camping at a festival while  in the background Tuareg warriors are playing  and drunk French people are dancing and singing Marseillaise. Random enough?

  And now the recipe;)

Ingredients for three people:

half a kilo of tomatoes
red pepper
green pepper
one onion
garlic (number of cloves depends on personal taste)
olive oil
pepper
salt
cayenne pepper or Tabasco
spices by choice

Fry the onions and peppers on oil and add chopped tomatoes. Originally shakshouka is made only on tomatoes, but it's great when you add  various vegetables such as leeks or corn, and for additional smell you can add  a piece of bacon. Garlic cloves are cut into half and put in the mixture which is supposed to be spiced good - it's a dish from North Africa after all. When vegetables are fried drop the eggs and cover with a lid so the eggs could be  cooked on the steam.
