Zdrava i lagano pijana pita od jabuka!




Potrebno :

1 i ½ šalica brašna
100 g margarina s aromom vanilije (može i obični maslac pa se po potrebi doda aroma ili ekstrakt vanilije)
70 ml mlijeka
1  žlica svježeg sira
3 žlice šećera
2 jabuke
 med
cimet
rum

Brašno pomiješati s margarinom, mlijekom, sirom, šećerom  i naribanom jabukom (jednu jabuku naribati, a drugu narezati na kolutiće)te izliti smjesu u pobrašnjeni lim (ili na papir za pečenje). Drugu jabuku, odnosno kolutiće utisnuti u smjesu i preliti  rumom,cimetom i s malo meda. Peči otprilike sat vremena na 190 stupnjeva i poslužiti uz vruci čaj ili kavu i toplu deku!

Healthy and slightly drunken apple pie



You will need:

1 and ½ cups of flour
100 g of margarine with vanilla flavor (you can also use ordinary butter and, if necessary, add vanilla flavoring or extract of vanilla)
70 ml  of milk
1 tablespoon  of cottage cheese
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 apples
 honey
cinnamon
rum

Mix flour with margarine, milk, cheese, sugar and grated apple (grate one apple and cut the other one into rings/slices) and pour the mixture into the floured baking pan (or use parchment paper). Impress another apple, or apple slices to be exact, into the mixture and pour rum, cinnamon and a little bit of honey over it. Bake for about an hour at 190 degrees and serve with hot tea or coffee and a warm blanket!
