Piletina u umaku od naranče i meda&zeleni pire - zvuči tako hipsterski, a uopće nije komplicirano!



Sastojci
pileća prsa
sok od naranče
med
senf
maslac
vegeta
luk
+
krumpir, grašak, mlijeko, maslac i sol za zeleni pire

Pileća prsa pospite vegetom te namažite senfom i medom. Na tavu bacite maslac i luk, dinstajte luk te dodajte piletinu. Kada je spečena stavite je na tanjur i na istu tavu dodajte sok od naranče te kratko prokuhajte taj sok i prelijte ga po piletini. Grašak i krumpir skuhajte. U krumpir dodajte sol, maslac i mlijeko te to sve fino zdrobite u pire. Grašak bacite u blender i kad je smiksan dobro ga promiješajte s pireom o krumpira i tako ćete dobiti predivan, ukusan zeleni pire.

Chicken with orange sauce and honey & green puree!

Ingredients

chicken breasts
orange juice
honey
mustard
butter
seasonings
onion
+
potatoes, peas, milk, butter and salt for the green puree


Sprinkle chicken breasts with seasonings and grease them with mustard and honey. Throw butter and chopped onion on the pan, and then throw in the chicken. When chicken is done put it on a plate, add orange juice in the same pan, briefly boil it and pour it on the chicken. Cook the peas and potatoes. Add salt, butter and milk in the potatoes and mash it all in fine puree. Throw the peas into the blender and when it's mashed well, add it to mashed potatoes and you will get beautiful, tasty green puree.
