Pašta fažol bez graha! Leća is the shit!




Leću i ječam skuhati do pola, na maslinovom ulju popržiti luk, na to baciti skuhanu leću i ječam, dodati vodu, sol, biber i ostala začine (bosiljak, mediteransku mješavinu, mažuran..što god nađete u kuhinji) ubaciti tijesto te zatim  komadiće slanine da zamiriše, malo soja umaka i kuhati još malo. Po potrebi dolijevati još vode, ovisno o tome koliko želite da bude gusto.

Cook lentils and barley to half,  fry the onions on olive oil, throw cooked lentils and barley in, add water, salt, pepper and other spices (basil, mediterranean blend, marjoram .. whatever you find in the kitchen) , then throw the dough and soon after that pieces of bacon for better smell and  little bit of soy sauce, cook for few more minutes. If necessary, refill with water, depending on how thick you want it to be.
