Pita od povrća, slanine i mozzarelle- extra brz i fin jesenski snack!




U nauljene kore za štrudlu (koje ćete kupiti gotove, a ne ih razvlačiti jer mi smo moderne domaćice i nemamo vremena za to :) ) pobacajte zdinstano povrće i slaninu ( ja sam ubacila poriluk i kelj, ali bilo koje povrće je super), poluskuhani krumpir i mozzarellu, zapecite sve na kojih 20-ak minuta dok  kore fino ne požute. 

Prije ubacivanja u pećnicu, kako zamotate koju koru tako je opet premažite uljem.  Pleh također mora biti namašćen!

Toss stewed vegetables and bacon bits (I threw in leekand kale, butany vegetable is great), half-cooked potato and  mozzarella on the oily crust for strudel (which youbuy ready-made, you do not make the crusts yourself because we are modernhousewives and do not have time for that :) ) Bake it for about 20 minutes, until the crust turns yellow.

Before putting the strudel into the oven be careful - after you how wrap each crust you brush it with oil over again.  Baking sheet also must be greased!
