Bakalar na bijelo- najgora droga!

Iako je ovo više božićni recept, moji dalmatinski korijeni žude za ovim zalogajem cijelu godinu :)



Sastojci:

 1 suhi bakalar
 1 kg krumpira
  bijeli luk
  peršin
  maslinovo ulje
  papar
  sol

Nakon močenja bakalara preko noći u vodi, stavimo bakalar kuhati, ali napola.

Očistimo ga od kože i kostiju, narežemo na manje komade i stavimo kuhati u novu vodu. Kada je bakalar skoro gotov, dodamo oguljeni krumpir izrezan na manje komade i kuhamo dok oboje ne bude kuhano. Izlijemo vodu nakon kuhanja, dodamo dosta luka i peršina, maslinova ulja obilato i protresemo sve dok se sve ne pretvori u jednu gustu bijelu smjesu. Može se promiješati drvenom žlicom za miješanje. Važno je i to NAJVAŽNIJE da je maslinovo ulje pravo, domaće, guste maslinasto zelene boje sa intenzivnim mirisom, ne onog iz trgovine ili tržnice.

Athough this is more of a Christmas recipe, my Dalmatian roots crave for this snack all year long :)



Ingredients:


1 dried cod
1 kilo of potatoes
garlic
parsley
olive oil
pepper
salt

After soaking the cod overnight in water, cook it to half.

Clean it from the skin and bones, cut it into small pieces and cook it in new water. When the cod is  almost done, add  peeled potatoes cut into small pieces and cook it until both  boils. Throw the water after cooking, add a lot of onion and parsley, olive oil liberally and shake until everything turns into a thick white mixture. It can be stirred with a wooden spoon. It is important that you have right olive oil, homemade, with a thick olive green color and intense aroma, not the one from the store or the  market.
