400 g filea lososa, 1 zreli avokado, 1 luk, sitno sjeckani peršin, sok pola ili jednog limuna (po okusu,), maslinovo ulje sol, papar
Svjezi filet lososa narezemo na nekoliko komada. Posolimo, popaprimo. Avokado ogulimo te stavimo u multipraktik sa sokom pola limuna i nekoliko zlica maslinovog ulja. Avokadu dodamo sitno sjeckani luk i persin te posolimo. Maslinovo ulje zagrijemo te kada je dovoljno vruce stavimo filete lososa, prvo dio s kozom zatim ruzicasti dio, svaku stranu przimo 3-4 minute. Gotov losos posluzimo na kremi od avokada.

salmon on avocado cream
400 grams of salmon fillets, 1 ripe avocado, 1 onion, finely chopped parsley, juice of half a lemon or a whole lemon (to taste), olive oil, salt and pepper
Cut fresh salmon fillets into several pieces. Add salt and pepper. Peel the avocado and put it in the food processor with lemon juice and a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add finely chopped onion and parsley to avocado, add salt too. Heat the olive oil and when it 's hot enough put salmon fillets, first part with skin, then the pink part, fry each side for 3-4 minutes. Serve salmon over the avocado cream.
