Kao uzor za ovaj shooting fotografu Mariu Vukeliću i mojoj malenkosti, poslužile su tri teme. To su prvenstveno "chole" ("cholas" ili "cholitas") – djevojke meksičkog ili meksičko/američkog podrijetla, vrlo često pripadnice bande odnosno sestre ili djevojke pripadnika bande ili jednostavno djevojke koje simpatiziraju lowrider car/hip-hop kulturu. Dašak Meksika, kao druge najreligioznije zemlje svijeta, vidljiv je i u cvjetnom detalju na mojoj glavi koji se vješto poigrava s religijskim motivima, a u cijeloj priči vidljiv je i utjecaj pop kulture u obliku vizualnog identiteta kakvog je Beyonce imala u spotu za pjesmu "Flawless" sa svog zadnjeg albuma veoma prožetom feminističkom tematikom.
Za potrebe shootinga korištena je odjeća iz moje osobne kolekcije, uključujući Ema&Nala Jewelry + Cycle Recycle jaknicu, a za shooting je posluzio i divan Colt 1911 nekog hot lika iz kvarta :)

Photographer Mario Vukelic and myself used three themes for this shooting. It's primarily the influence of "cholas" or "cholitas – girls of Mexican or Mexican / American origin, often gang members or sisters or girlfriends of members of the gang or just girls who like lowrider car / hip-hop culture. A whiff of Mexico, as the second most religious country in the world, is also visible in the flower detail on my head that skillfully plays with religious motifs, and in the whole story the impact of pop culture is also visible in the form of visual identity Beyonce had in the music video for the song "Flawless" from her last album which is all about feminist issues.
For the photoshoot clothes from my personal collection were used, including Emma & Nala Jewelry + Cycle Recycle jacket, and superb Colt 1911 from a hot guy from the neighborhood also served great:)
