- 2 1/4 šalice zobenih pahuljica
- 2 šalice brašna
- 1 šalica suncokretovih sjemenki
- 3/4 šalice bučinih sjemenki
- 1/2 šalice kokosa u prahu/kokosovog brašna
- 1/4 šalice lana
- 1 šalica smeđeg šećera
- 1 žlica cimeta
- 2 1/4 žličice morske soli
- 1 3/4 šalica narezane tamne čokolade
- 1 1/4 šalice grožđica
- 1/4šalice vode ( umjesto vode možete iscjediti naranču + naribati koru, isto možete učiniti s limunom)
- 1/4šalice melase ili meda
- 3/4šalice maslinovog ili običnog ulja
- 1šalica sojinog ili običnog mlijeka
- Promiješati suhe sastojke: od zobenih pahuljica do grožđica
- Promiješati mokre sastojke: od vode do mlijeka
- Promiješati suhe i mokre sastojke zajedno
- S modlicom ili žlicom oblikovati kekse u protvajn
- Staviti peći u zagrijanu pećnicu na 175 stupnjeva
- Peći 24 minute ili dok lagano ne posmeđe

2 1/4 cups of oatmeal
2 cups of flour
1 cup of sunflower seeds
3/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of coconut powder / coconut flour
1/4 cup of flax
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
2 1/4 teaspoons of sea salt
1 3/4 cup of chopped dark chocolate
1 1/4 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of water ( you can squeeze orange juice instead of water + grate the crust, you can do the same with lemon)
1/4 cup of molasses or honey
3/4 cup of olive oil or plain oil
1 cup of soy milk or plain milk
1. Mix dry ingredients: from the oatmeal to raisins
2. MIx wet ingredients: from water to milk
3. MIx dry and wet ingredients together
4. Shape the biscuits with a cookie cutter or a spoon
5. Put in a preheated oven at 175 degrees.
6. Bake for 24 minutes or until the biscuits get lightly brown
