Neobična vege štruca!


Budući da mi je ostalo previše smjese za popečke od soje, odlučila sam iskoristiti preostalu soju kao zamjenu za meso te od nje učiniti vege štrucu. Postupak je isti kao i za onu mesnu (http://fashionbabica.blogspot.com/2013/06/mesna-struca-restani-krumpir-miris.html?q=%C5%A1truca), samo sam u ovom slučaju za punjenje iskoristila listove rotkvice, kuhana jaja i tajni sastojak. Listove rotkvice pripremo isto kao blitvu. Jaja prethodno skuhamo, a tajni sastojak zapravo je mješavina mladog luka, vlasca, rotkvice i bučinog ulja.

Unusual veggie loaf

Since I had too much mixture for soy patties left, I decided to use the remaining soy as a substitute for meat and make a veggie loaf from it. The procedure is the same as for the meat loaf (http://fashionbabica.blogspot.com/2013/06/mesna-struca-restani-krumpir-miris.html?q=%C5%A1truca), only in this case as a stuffing I used radish leaves, boiled eggs and a secret ingredient. You prepare radish leaves the same as Swiss chard. Pre-cook the eggs, and the secret ingredient is actually a mixture of green onions, chives, radish and pumpkin seed oil.
